COMMISSIONS TOS:
General Terms:
•Read terms entirely before commissioning!!
•I'M ALLOWED TO REJECT ANY COMMISSION AS I PLEASE FOR ANY REASON
•I try to respond within 48 hours
•Turnaround and completion is generally 2 weeks (I apologize if it takes longer; I'm a very busy person)
•I begin the piece after full payment is received and with notification of it being sent (I will check)
•You MUST provide details, refs, or anything else you need to show me for your commission before acception and full payment is sent
•All of my work will be uploaded in .PNG or any files needed for you
•Please do not commission me if you feel that you are financially unstable.
•There will be X-amount of slots available, so I will pick who gets the slots (first come first serve or being picked out until I'm more available for more)
• I write down each user that commissions me or requests so: repeated requests for a refund/something drawn (spamming me or begging) will result in a block or blacklist.☆I Will Draw:

•Post the piece (with credit in description)
•Edit the piece such as additions to the artwork or used as an pfp with those cute filters (only by commissioner)
•Use your purchased piece as a pfp, banner, etc. (with credit in bio)You May Not:
•Sell the piece as your own
•Use it for AI
•Use it as an NFT
•Crop/Remove my signature/watermark
•Make or sell merchandise of the piece (prints, shirts, etc.)
•Put credits in comment sections (This could cause you backlash from others and helps me make sure you followed TOS)☆Payment:
•I accept USD only, and I receive payment through my Ko-fi!DO NOT HAGGLE, SPAM ME, OR PUSH ME FOR WHAT YOU WANT
YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY BLOCKED☆Changes:
•You MUST provide me all details (Pose, expression, design, etc.) before the payment is sent and before I begin working on your piece.•If you have any sudden additions while the piece is being worked on, I don't mind adding it. Any excessive changes will grant you a refund and block.•Any changes to the piece made after the piece is finished will have a fee starting at $5. (I will make sure to show you the piece to get your feedback so this doesn't have to happen. Please communicate with me!)Refunds:
•If your mind changes suddenly before I begin, I will give you a full refund. However, if your mind changes after the piece is already made- I cannot refund you your money. You had already paid for my time and effort, of which I cannot take back.☆
